What happens if I go over a monthly limit?
We warn you at 80% and pause the metered action at 100% — but we never lose your data. Form submissions from your customers are always accepted and stored; anything over the cap is held and released the moment you upgrade.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Yes — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time from the billing portal. Downgrades never delete your data. If you cancel, you keep full access through the end of the period you paid for.
What does annual billing save?
Annual plans are 10× the monthly price — two months free. Both options are available on every plan.
